Determined to help others to advocate for their wellness after being misdiagnosed and told that I would never see again, I began my journey as a wellness educator. Then, as I grew older, I realized that opportunities were shrinking for people age 50+, especially women. My life’s experience of overcoming obstacles prepared me for the next part of the journey, preparing others to take their futures into their own hands. I teach women to love themselves and boss up to change their lives. No more fixed incomes and living a life of learned helplessness because of our age, gender, or race.
